With my many years of experience
it has to be one of the most impressive dinner I have been part of
the art of cooking has changed so much and for the better
The older crowd like me do not always appreciate the creativity of those young passionate chefs
But Mozart and Picasso were not so appreciated at first
to all those progressing Chefs continue to blow our minds BRAVO
