We made this with no food additives…just the natural pectin from the seeds and pith…We served it with Foie Gras terrine, Hazelnut pancakes and blis maple

So after stopping in yesterday to say hello and hearing about combining peaches/apricots/nectarines with savory or earthly it got me thinking. Playing around with a breakfast smoothie I took, frozen rasberries, blueberries, and peaches then added powdered ginger, cardamon and agave nectar. End result: yumminess, fruit forward, spice secondary, has enough acidity to balance. It yielded this beautiful purple-ish color, I am thinking of a streaker with it. Thoughts?
