Charleston Roe Shrimp

for a short period of time in charleston the local shrimp can be harvested carrying roe.  and man are they tasty….one of my favorite ingredients to cook and eat…this is our 2009 roe shrimp dish
raw zucchini
buttermilk
riccota
preserved meyer lemon
sunflower seeds
poached shrimp
