created for a foie gras dish, we needed acid and salt, two birds with one stone

    in the past we used “pure dent” to powder balsamic but I had this spray dried balsamic vinegar on the shelf and decided to use it….it makes great salt and vinegar potato chips and ain’t half bad with fish and chips either..
