Aged Korean Black Garlic. Truly a unique ingredient.
I’m a fan of your work and have been keeping up with your blog for a while now. I learned about you through a coworker when I worked with Richard Blais here in Atlanta. I was curious if there were there any places to find Black Garlic local to the South East?

you can purchsae our black garlic product at Berkley Bowl or Wholefood market in Berkly.
